They must align with:

  • the devis
  • the PIEA
  • institutional policies

Before developing plans cadres, this guide introduces two key principles:

  • Pedagogical alignment – ensure coherence between competencies, objectives, assessments, and activities
  • Backward design – start with what students should be able to do, then define evidence of learning, then plan activities
